2. No photograph, image or text may be copied, to another computer, downloaded (other than for viewing in your browser), printed, altered, transmitted, published, or in any way used without both a) the written permission of Gary Meinz and b) the payment of a license fee (the amount of the license fee and the duration of the license shall be established in the sole discretion of Gary Meinz) for any use of the photograph, image or text.
3. None of the photographs, images or text may be considered within Public Domain. Copying, using or transmitting are a violation of United States Copyright laws and are subject to fines and penalties as established by law.
4. I agree that if I publish, display or use in any other way any of the images on GaryMeinz.com or owned by Gary Meinz without the written permission of Gary Meinz and without paying the appropriate license fee, I will be liable for damages for each unauthorized use in an amount equal to 15x the standard one time use license fee.
